Thursday, January 18, 2001quick...type...exit.i need to go soon but had to mention a few things... one, if you miss me around this weekend, it is because keith and i are planning wedding shopping/registering and house cleaning out (still) but he goes to work on sunday at 2 so i will be back to catch up. i am up for a chat on monday night...name a time...we need to get in and be heard!! and sex question....***her ears go up*** i will answer i am sure so go ahead and ask. ***now to set the darn VCR!!!*** bye!!!
OK, confession time. i enjoy watching "charmed" and know the characters and have seen most of the old shows although i am behind for this season. and i will be taping it tonight!! why won't i be home you ask? tonight is the birthday banquet for Junior Woman's Club, a community service organization i belong to. while many people think of juniors as being an elitist group, we are far from that these days. we are a small one compared to others (only 30 or so members) and we have relaxed rules due to lowering numbers. i enjoy the social action and the community service we do whether today is the last day of school for the week (and the semester). tomorrow is a clerical day which means i have about 25 report cards to do, and then i am free until monday morning. keith and i are going out to do some wedding stuff and house decorating things. (plus we need grocery really bad!!!) ok, time for work right now. more later. ...
Tuesday, January 16, 2001am i feeling better? physically, i am always energized at night which is why it sucks i have to get up at 6:30. mentally, i have been better---still blaming a bad hair day but hell it could be PMS. how would i know since i seem to be having the irregular cycle again. aaaacccckkkkk~!!!caught up on blogs...happy to see cathy p blogging and must laugh because i seem to recall reading a post that said "i won't be blogging". sounds like all my t-friends are balanced (well, except for the few who never are!!*G* do you know who you are?) and strolling through life today. so i wish you all well, and i will have more to say later. i have added a few blogs i like to read (OK, well deb helped to add them....) some are ones you may have seen around....i have been exploring, and i must admit...
its cold, rainy, and gray. i don't feel 100% yet, so i am dragging through the day here, and i still have to go to work tonight. (lucky group---it will be a short one if i still feel like this)
Sunday, January 14, 2001a few more thoughts before i go...would you like to sing at my wedding? i guess its a bit far to travel to sing, but it is cool to know people who can and do share their talents. glad to see you back, and blogging regardless of who tortured you and why...missed you since december!! and i did love the penis poem. TGIF and long weekend here too!!, and we only have a 3 day week since friday is a clerical/work at home day. good luck with your meeting and choices for next year. hope the interview went well, and good luck on a call back (late, i know) now, it is time to leave. will be working a bit for the DUI (2nd job) tomorrow, but hope to have time to catch up and post more. take care all
*sigh* it has been a few days hasn't it? well, although i was at "the house" for friday and saturday, it would not have mattered if i had a computer. friday night i got "the flu" and was up all night in the bathroom making those horrid sounds. spent all day saturday on the couch drinking ginger ale, eating toast, and sleeping. nice to have keith to take care of me. but, he is watching football, so i snuck over to put away laundry, read blogs, and maybe catch up on a few more fanfic tales. i learned so many things from others that i can't even begin to mention them all right now. but it was so neat to hear about dreams, families, first jobs, hobbies, quirky habits, cars, and experiences that i am happy you all joined in this game. i learned more about many of you, and hope you will keep adding them as they occur, or maybe we should just play the game once a month---start jotting them down. not much else to report here. nothing much happens when you spend saturday on the couch watching your fiance hang a ceiling fan, install a light dimmer, and put up a new mailbox. the only comment i will make is this: what i am reading? just finished debbie macomber's montana and am going to re-read mists of avalon by marion zimmer bradley since my friend got me another book by her for christmas. if not that, then i think gap creek which was an oprah book a while ago. hope you make it through the physical therapy i never had to go through it, but i have seen kids and old roommates do it. tell them to take it easy, you only have to chase a toddler, not play baseball....*G* more in a bit...need to put away laundry.
